Terms

Terms of
service.

These terms govern the use of FlowNode. They set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Please read them, and keep a copy if this is useful to your organization.

01

This agreement

FlowNode is provided by Designco. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using FlowNode on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organization, and "you" means both you and that organization.

Where your organization has signed a separate agreement or order form with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms wherever the two differ.

02

Access to FlowNode

FlowNode is currently offered by invitation. We decide who is granted access, and we set your workspace up together with you.

We may add, change or withdraw features as the platform develops, and we may retire capabilities where a model maker or a technical constraint requires it. Where a change materially reduces the service, we will give reasonable notice.

03

Your account

Give us accurate details when you register, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account. You are responsible for activity carried out under it.

If your workspace belongs to an organization, its administrators can invite and remove members, manage roles, and see the work and usage within that workspace.

04

Acceptable use

FlowNode is a professional creative tool. You agree not to use it to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • create sexual content involving minors, or intimate imagery of a real person without their consent;
  • impersonate a real person or organization deceptively, or present synthetic media as genuine in order to mislead or defraud;
  • create content that harasses, defames, or incites violence or hatred against people or groups;
  • probe, disrupt or overload the platform, circumvent access controls or usage limits, or reverse engineer any part of it;
  • scrape the platform, or resell or sublicense access to it without our written agreement;
  • breach the terms of any model maker whose model you use through FlowNode.

If use of the platform breaches these rules, we may remove content or suspend access, and we will tell you why.

05

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload to FlowNode and everything you create with it. We claim no ownership of your work.

You give us a limited licence to host, store, process and display your content for the purpose of running the platform for you. That licence exists only so that FlowNode can function, and it ends when you delete the content or close your workspace.

You confirm that you hold the rights to the material you upload, including references, brand assets and images of people, and that using it on FlowNode does not breach anyone else’s rights.

06

Generated output

Work you generate on FlowNode is yours to use, including commercially, subject to these terms and to the terms of the model that produced it. We surface the maker of every model so you can see whose rules apply.

Generative models produce results from patterns rather than from a fixed catalogue, and similar prompts can produce similar results for different people. We therefore cannot promise that any output is unique, that it is free of resemblance to existing work, or that it can be registered or protected.

You remain responsible for reviewing output before you publish or deliver it, including checking rights, likeness and factual accuracy. Output can be wrong, and it should not be treated as professional advice.

07

Models on the platform

The models available on FlowNode are made by third parties. Their availability, capabilities, quality and limits are set by their makers and can change, and models are occasionally added or retired for reasons outside our control.

Where a model maker imposes restrictions on how its model may be used, those restrictions apply to your use of that model on FlowNode.

08

Plans, usage and payment

FlowNode is offered on enterprise terms. The fees, the included usage and the billing cycle are set out in the agreement or order form with your organization.

Usage is metered as work is generated, and the cost of an action is shown in the interface before you run it. Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are not refundable for a period already started.

09

Availability

We work to keep FlowNode reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a service level is agreed in writing with your organization. Maintenance, provider incidents and factors outside our control can all affect the service.

Some capabilities are released in beta while we refine them. Beta features are clearly identified, may change or be withdrawn, and should not be relied upon for critical work.

10

Confidentiality

Each of us may learn confidential information about the other through this relationship. Both of us agree to protect it, to use it only for the purposes of this agreement, and not to disclose it to others except to people who need it and are bound by similar obligations.

11

Our intellectual property

The FlowNode platform, its software, interface, documentation, name and brand remain the property of Designco. These terms grant you the right to use FlowNode, not to own any part of it.

Feedback you choose to send us about the platform may be used to improve it, without obligation or payment.

12

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, FlowNode is provided as it is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be error free, that results will meet your expectations, or that output will be accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including consumer rights.

13

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid by your organization for FlowNode in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you upload or generate, from your use of the platform in breach of these terms, or from your breach of the law or of a third party’s rights.

15

Suspension and termination

You may stop using FlowNode at any time, and your organization may end its agreement in the way that agreement describes.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if fees remain unpaid, or if we are required to by law. Except where the breach is serious or unlawful, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to put things right, and a reasonable period to export your work before it is deleted.

16

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, and continuing to use FlowNode after they take effect means you accept them.

17

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Greece have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
